Both large bedrooms have super-king beds (can be split into twins on request) and en-suite bathrooms.
- **Bedroom 1:** Super-king bed, 43” Smart TV, electric blinds, and French doors opening onto the courtyard. En-suite walk in shower room. 
- **Bedroom 2:** Super-king bed, triple wardrobe with mirrors, and a luxurious en-suite with a mosaic-feature over-sized  bath with shower over. 

**Living Space**
Relax in the comfortable lounge, with a 3-seater sofa-bed, 2 seater love seat, armchair, footstool, and a 50” Smart TV. The property also includes hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bedding, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is close to Harrogate’s attractions being a 5 minute level walk to the town centre with its extensive range of restaurants and bars. Ample parking is available with on street parking permits which we can provide. 
Nearby walkable attractions include - Bettys Tea Rooms, Turkish Baths, Royal Hall, Harrogate Conference Centre, Harrogate Theatre all within a 5-10 minute walk away.

The Harrogate train and bus station is just a few minutes' walk away, offering regular services to London, York, Leeds, and Knaresborough. Leeds Bradford Airport is 15 miles away with a shuttle service from Harrogate bus station. 

**Guest Access**
Guests have exclusive access to the entire ground floor, including the conservatory and courtyard garden. A key safe is provided for self check in at your convenience.
